The Super Scooby, Britain's largest burger with 2,645 calories. It is sold by the Jolly Fryer takeaway in Bristol and they are offering a free can of Diet Coke to anyone who can finish it in one go.

Locating a McDonalds, has never been easier! What does this say about us and our obsession with fast food?

As a social worker the first thing that comes to mind is not the young boy eating at Mcdonalds, but the lack of education his family has about health and nutrition. This young boy is obese and will suffer from diabetes and other health issues that shouldnt concern someone of his age. How can parents who love their children feed them so much that they are unable to see what they are doing to their child? This young boy has picked up bad eating habits and most likely his parents are also obese. Fast food has taken over our nation, no longer do parents want to stay at home and cook a nutritious meal, instead they prefer to go out and eat unhealthy food. For those of you who have not seen the documentary Super Size Me, i would highly recommend watching it.

I think if McD;s and Burger King were eliminated, the world would be a much better place. People would argue that if those places weren't around, where would they go to eat when they were in a hurry to get to work and running late? Or when they only had a few minutes to grab a bite to eat during lunch hour? Sad how not many people will go thru the effort of packing their own lunch or spending a little extra time to make their own food, saving them money, calories and heath issues! I saw that documentary, really opens up your eyes.
